Our skilled team will assist you in the planning and execution of your celebration, so you can fully enjoy your special day. Our comprehensive service package includes event organization, decorations, table settings, cleaning, party menus, and catering – everything you need to create an unforgettable occasion. Villa Elba’s unique location also provides excellent opportunities for photography.

Accommodation can be arranged for the party guests, since Villa Elba has 6 cottages, each can accommodate 8 people. Ask for more accommodation when booking.

Wedding

Weddings are one of the most important family celebrations. Together with the wedding couple, we care for the design and implementation of the wedding ceremony. Well planned celebrations and close contact between the wedding couple are important for the success of the celebration.

The Elba hall has alcohol licensing rights. Elba has no alcohol licensing rights for the old Villa and Elba’s “Jewel”, so it is allowed to bring your own alcoholic drinks to these premises.

Wedding at Elba Hall - starting from 950 €

Includes arrangements and table setting, wedding banquets and property expenses, as well as cleaning before and after the celebration. In addition, presentation of the premises and meeting of the future couple at least twice.
If the wedding is in Elba hall, three hours will be reserved for wedding arrangements on the previous night of the wedding. The hall is reserved for the wedding 8-01 or according to the agreement.

Event spaces

Old Villa

The charming bourgeois villa, Vanha Villa, captivates with its historical architecture and sophisticated ambiance. Vanha Villa is the perfect choice for classic and elegant events for 25-30 people, including dinner parties and gatherings. Located by the sea, the villa features ample terrace space, along with several tables and chairs. From the covered terrace, there is direct access to the dock and the cozy dockside sauna, which is also available for rent. The villa also offers overnight accommodations, with sleeping arrangements for 12 people in the upstairs area.

Elba hall

The Elba Hall, located in the main building of Villa Elba, offers a stunning setting for larger events and occasions. The hall accommodates up to 150 people, with additional space for a band and a dance floor. The spacious and bright Elba Hall can be decorated to your liking with the help of our professional team. Events held in Elba Hall include arrangements, table linens, table settings, catering during the event, office and facility costs, as well as cleaning before and after the even.

Aava, Usva & Laine

The new extension of Villa Elba’s main building offers stunning sea views.

Usva, Aava, and Laine can be separated by partition walls, allowing the spaces to be used individually or as one large area.

A cozy fireplace adds warmth on autumn and winter days, while a large terrace facing the sea invites you to relax on summer days. The on-site bar is available upon request. The spaces are ideal for parties, cocktail receptions, meals, and meetings.

Helmi "Jewel"

Elban Helmi is a stunning meeting space for approximately 20 people. The lounge area of Helmi offers a beautiful view of the sea and the terrace. Helmi features a spacious sauna area that can be heated for up to two hours at your preferred time. Towels are provided in the sauna for the number of people you specify. The terrace of Helmi has direct access to the beach, allowing easy entry from the sauna for a swim in the sea during the warmer months.

Food

Villa Elba’s kitchen prepares delicious catering for events of all sizes. Our liquor license ensures you can enjoy the festivities and raise a toast on your special day. If you prefer, you can also bring your own alcoholic beverages to Old Villa and Helmi.
